His 34-point explosion in the latest exhibition game as the team continues to warm up for the tourney was something insanely special. Another notch in a long belt of specialness. A multi-faceted masterpiece that wrenched the national team out of quicksand in the most sublime fashion.
It’s getting harder to run from his impending mega-stardom. His grab the league by the fucking balls type of stardom. If ever you forget about it, his mercurial tentacles reach into your heart and tug on the strings until your memory returns.
